Perform maintenance for our assisted living facilities' equipment and grounds including regular inspections, all in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Provides individual and family case management activities.

Assisting and supervision of students in our PATH academy and residential cottages during school hours.

The Housekeeper performs a variety of housekeeping functions in order to provide a safe, sanitary & comfortable environment for residents, visitors and employees.

The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting the Cook in preparing quality meals for residents. They are involved in direct food preparation and ensure that all regulations and standards are being met.

CNA/RA is responsible for providing assistance with the activities of daily living for the elderly. Assist with laundry and housekeeping duties to promote a safe, clean environment for the residents and visitors.

Must have current LPN TN license, a professional with strong character and will show compassion. One year of Geriatrics experience preferred.
